February 24, 2026 – JTR Motorsports is set to make a powerful statement at the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, bringing an impressive eight-driver roster to the iconic street circuit as they join the NTT INDYCAR SERIES weekend for the first time in 2026. The team arrives in St. Pete after the opening pair of races at the Daytona International Speedway provided both success and heartbreak as they look to tame the 14-turn concrete jungle.
“We’re thrilled to bring such a talented and determined group of drivers to St. Petersburg. Our results at Daytona showed the strength and depth of this team, and we’re ready to build on that success this weekend,” explained Dave Thomas, Team Manager of JTR Motorsports. “The opportunity to race alongside INDYCAR only adds to the energy and motivation in our camp.”

In Daytona, Gresham Wagner and Jared Thomas led the way in Daytona with top-five finishes, while Justin Gravett had a spirited drive through the field in Race 2 after trouble in Race 1.
Thomas continued, “We have a strong group of drivers, but Daytona is often about the monster draft, and experience plays a big role. Heading to St. Pete, it is more of a driver’s track and will give the opportunity for the JTR squad to shine.”
