BSI Racing roars into Canadian Tire Motorsport Park just outside of Toronto, with its sights set on pushing for a 2026 championship. With the first half of the season in the rearview, BSI comes to Canada leading the team championship, and certainly in striking distance for a driver’s title as well.
That’s not all for BSI Racing. BSI finds themselves firmly in the rookie championship contest, and now the team will bring even more firepower to the circuit.
2024 Mazda MX-5 Cup Shootout winner Noah Harmon officially joins BSI Racing for the remainder of the 2025 season, joining scholarship runner-up Helio Meza, who notched his first podium with a P2 finish in Mid-Ohio last month. Harmon already has one podium on the season with a P2 finish at Barber Motorsports Park back in May.
“I’m really excited to be joining BSI for the remainder of the season,” said Harmon.
“Hopefully I can add to their successes this year. I want to give a huge thank you and shoutout to my sponsors at Streetside Classics and Cube 3 Architecture for making this possible.”
Along with fellow rookie, Meza, Harmon joins a stacked BSI lineup that is led by series veterans Tyler Gonzalez and Westin Workman. Gonzalez, who has found himself on the top step of the podium in four of eight races, comes into the weekend sitting fourth-place in the championship, certainly in striking distance to regain the lead.
Fellow MX-5 Cup driver, Westin Workman found success at CTMP a year ago, notching his second win of his career there. Workman will look to carry that momentum from a year ago as he searches for his first win of the season this coming weekend.
“We’re bringing yet another strong group to Canada this year,” said Team Owner, Shea Holbrook.
“We had a strong team coming here last season with Connor Zilisch running with us, and Westin getting his second win, but I feel even better about this group. We’re racing well as a team, and I think the addition of Noah Harmon is fantastic for us. He adds to a talented group of young drivers, and I’m excited to push him to the top under our tent.”
That’s not all for BSI as they also are bringing Steven Clemons and the Toyota Supra GT-4 to IMSA’s VP Challenge this weekend. Clemons notched his first career win with a flag-to-flag clinic at Mid-Ohio in June. He’ll look to continue his success this weekend.
All races can be found on IMSA.tv, RACER.com, and on IMSA’s YouTube Channel. On-track action begins with Practices on Friday.
